Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- • Oversee full cassava procurement, plant production schedules, quality control, and outbound dispatch
- • Direct farmer engagement programs across Oyo State ensuring reliable, transparent cassava supply
- • Maintain solar microgrid power optimization and equipment uptime metrics
- • Enforce hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management
Requirements:
- • 5+ years experience managing food processing or agricultural processing facilities
- • Proven track record in raw material procurement and supply chain management
- • Strong team leadership and community engagement experience in Oyo State

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- • Supervise washing, grating, hydraulic pressing, and solar frying line operators
- • Conduct hourly batch quality checks for moisture level and grain size
- • Maintain clean room environment and equipment safety compliance
- • Report shift production output, raw input ratios, and yield analytics
Requirements:
- • 3+ years supervisor experience on a food processing or agro floor
- • Rigorous attention to detail and process quality consistency
- • Residing in or ready to work in Oyo State
